Stirling Moss drove his Maserati 250F through the field from 7th to 2nd in the very wet Richmond and Gordon Trophy Race.

Stirling Moss drove his Maserati 250F through the field from 16th on the grid to finish 4th just in front of Jack Brabham's Cooper in the very wet Sunday morning Richmond and Gordon Trophy Race. I was somewhat surprised to learn this after I came out from behind my camera lens because like all really quick drivers he looked slow through St. Mary's to me. But he wasn't! Anything but.
