Funny thing was when I started to make the effort to tog myself out in authentic fifties gear for the weekend I suddenly realised that was how I dress every day in the office! Spooky. Decided immediately to go out and buy a new wardrobe but somehow ended up here.

They were doing a roaring trade. The annual Goodwood bash has caused a serious shortage of trilby hats in the home counties and prices have shot skyward. Commodity speculators are rumoured to be moving in and you can now get a forward price on a trilby hat if you know who to talk to. My tip is: buy turnups.
